Do You Hold My Check Until It Has Cleared?
No we do not hold your check. We trust you! Over the last 10 years we have accepted 1000's of personal checks and have only had one that was not good. We believe that gardeners are HONEST people.
How Long Will It Be Before You Ship My Order/
We try our very best to ship all of our orders within 72 hours of our receipt of payment. However in the biggest selling season, January through April it may take a day or two longer for your order to ship.
Where Do You Get Your Seeds and Are They Fresh?
We grow many of our own seeds. We also have trusted suppliers that we have used since 1999 that we buy from. all of our seeds are guaranteed to be fresh.
Do You Offer A Guarantee On Your Seeds/
Yes! All of our seeds are guaranteed to germinate at a reasonable rate. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will give you a refund through PayPal within 48 hours from the time you notify us that you want a refund.
Can you special order seeds that are not listed?
Yes. Normally we can get nearly any type of seed including the varieties that are not listed. For special orders we require 1/2 payment when you place your order and the remaining balance is due when we ship your order.
Do You Offer Discounts?
Yes. On orders of $80.00 or more we will include $8.00 worth of seed with your order at NO CHARGE. These seeds are in addition to our "FREE SEEDS WITH EACH ORDER OF 3 OR MORE PACKS"!
